Clifton Lambreth

   Mr. Lambreth worked for Ford Motor Company for over 25 years in a variety of positions and was consistently a top performer in his roles.  He received many prestigious awards and distinctions including five Ford Inuksuk Drive for Leaders Awards.  He also won three Diversity Leadership awards.  He was one of select employees at Ford to receive the 2008 Ford Leadership Award. 

   In 2007, he wrote Ford and the American Dream and in 2010, wrote Return to Greatness. Clifton provides the inside look at how Ford Motor Company transitioned from losing $12.75 billion in 2006 to making over $4 billion in less than three years.  His message provides hope and strategies for surviving and thriving in difficult times.  As a sought-after business, marketing and automotive industry sector specialist, TV personality and author, Clifton has been quoted by over 500 different media sources and appeared on NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox discussing a variety of business topics.  In addition to speaking and writing, he provides strategic business consulting to businesses and organizations.    

   He serves on the Board of Directors of the Family Foundation Fund, on the Executive Advisory Board of Lead Like Jesus and on the Advisory Board for Western Carolina University’s School of Business.
